Formally trained as a floral designer, Pat Carpenter went from the Cliff Mann Floral School in Denver, Colorado, to manage The Medical Center Flower Shop in Houston, Texas. Many coast-to-coast conferences and conventions, beautiful weddings and successful fundraising events later, Pat has put her combined floral design talent, meeting planning expertise, and organizational skills together to form Celebrate!
